    I have booked the stay just because of the name of Fern but they are not deserved and not part to be Goa city. Fundamental disconnect. 1) No body is there to bring and support your luggage 2) Being Goa everybody expects drinks and there service is not there 3) Spring mattress 4) Window curtain is small and not covering the full window and having impact on early morning sleep. 5) Room tiles are not good 6) Purpose of visit to Goa is to refresh and relax and most of the people wakes up late . Breakfast timing are 8 to 10. Absolutely not correct. 7) Food quality is just above average

    Hotel is far from beach, found difficulty to reach due to location. it is 3 star rating property. Food is just okay, Staff are co operative

    The location of the property is not good. My over all experience was not that great. The normal Room is very good but the premium room with balcony, i would not say it a premium at all. There is no view from the balcony due to property location. Staff was not that supportive at the reception. Food is good. Normal winter green rooms, particularly the of the room.

    we hire n book the room with air conditioner, and guess what, we arrive at 2 in the night n we see air conditioner is not working, the staff n receptionist has to only say SORRY for innumerable times. but this word SoRRY doesn't do any good to us, I had to sleep right below the fan without my shirt on, as it was very very hot n humid. I cudnt sleep whole night.. this is the condition of hotel with such a big reputation but i got conned by the hotel...... I will never hire this chain of hotel againnnnnn ever....
