    We had asked them for extra bed with cot as i had sr citizen with me. Hotel had promised for it at time when we had booked but unfortunately it was only mattress given to us. Also, when we checked in at that time they told that for next day they will arrange for cot. but unfortunately nothing was arranged and we had to manage with mattress. Overall room quality needs to be improved and renovated. On wooden flooring there were nails which we had to request them to remove it. Food quality was ...more

    poorly maintained property, not worth, will try to give rooms which are very small, unused and damaged, given room with bathroom glass door missing, water clogging, broken tea cup, etc very unprofessional and uncomfortable hotel

    The stay was good, but basic amenities like a hair dryer and iron weren't there. I did not feel like staying in the fern club room is just a regular room nothing special and also the bathroom drainage system needs to be upgraded The water takes too much time to drain.
