    Good location, nice ambiance, enjoyable food with efficient service., however the rooms have no view I. e. Too close to neighbouring building. No natural light.

    the room was not cleaned. the refrigerator was leaking. the bathroom has a bad smell. no toothpaste and brush was in the bathroom. it was horrible experience. the hotel is not value for money.

    TV cable & WiFi was not present till the checkout , breakfast was not available at the time mentioned in the menu card . AC was not working properly . Hot water came after half n hour opening the tap ( lots of water wastage ) . Bed ,bedsheets n pillow as were stinking - seems it was not dried properly after washing . Washroom was not cleaned properly, it was stinking . Reception area was full with mosquito's and flies . Amenities are not maintained but the waiters behavior was very polite and disciplined . Not recommended for family stay.
