Khatmal, staff not proper behaviour, putting down the AC MCB purposely, no basic medicine for emergency and upon asking saying minimum 4 kilometres etc., irresponsible behaviour More is khatmal

We were family of 4 with kids and had a bad experience with the neatness of the rooms provided especially the toilets were looking ugly and the bed sheets were look like used ones most discomfort was with stinking smell with toilets
i would appreciate the staff at the reception were very polite and accessible
the restaurant staffs were excellent
location is bit far from other nearest attractions like sree ramajanmabhoomy temple etc.
Because of the stinking smell and poor housekeeping i will not visit this hotel again and wont suggest to families

Hotel is so far from railway station. Even the Ram janmabhoomi temple is also far away from the hotel.

Smelly washrooms , no mirror , bad management . The rooms are okay , but not worth the money .
