    Stained towels, lousy service, restaurant denying membership discount cards even though obliged to honor. No one helped with luggage right from our car till the lobby area during check in even though staff were present everywhere, staff came only when called specifically, very slow service at Baluchi restaurant during Dinner. Rooms are okay otherwise but doesn't reflect standards expected from Lalit as per my previous stays at other Lalit properties.

    The property is great and even the rooms ate nice except for insects many inside the room. Variety of breakfast, prompt service by the staff . Over all good stay. Would recommend.
