    Room Service is very slow. Guest need to call so many times. Even for check out we waited for 15 minutes but no one came for luggage, finally we only took the luggage for check out.

    Big issue with not prior information for dry day in Delhi . immediately tell for a dry day that is not good for the tourists like me who is stay only two days in which one day is dry day.

    Fairly maintained but older hotel. Well located. Best suitable for those domestic guests looking for above average experience. Senior staff are set in ways and unable to see the issues clearly. For instance, there’s always plenty of room in breakfast area but they make people wait and send them elsewhere. Food generally not very high quality. Rooms older.
