very very worst Bheivor last week I booked rooms and i payed amount also but in last moment they not giving me rooms and cancelled my booking so tourist people don't prefer this hotel staff's are very worst

Very dirty rooms. Staff is arrogant and rude.
They didn't clean the rooms at all. AC and heater service were on timing basis.
Despite having confirmed online booking for 2 days, they asked to shift to another hotel for 2nd night.
