worst experience in my life. right from the entry to exit... face only chellanges. The staff is rude... no response.... no knowledge... if anything is asked for... answer is.... NO. The intercom in room was absent... when asked... their reply was.. it became faulty today. The TV is not charged... rooms were not good. The people who are used to warm water shower.... never dare to book this hotel.
In nutshell.. very very bad experience

The behaviour of the persons on reception was not up to the mark. Food was average. Wifi and other amenities were not good. Not recommended

Very very Bad experience
Food was average
Location was good but rooms are very bad and no generator facility if you go in winter pray god first and then go to these hotel
service was not good my room was horrible bcoz room lock was not working

The place is far off the real sights of pahalgam , so travelling would be a problem for tourists.

Good budget hotel. Location was outside the main city of Pahalgam along riverside. Good for resort-like stays but if you want to enjoy the pleasure of Pahalgam, book a hotel in Pahalgam Main Market. Overall a good hotel, nice food, but one thing.. Wifi rarely works (also very low signal, as it is located on reception) and Electricity blows out every now and then. Now it's your choice
