Our room was spacious, elegantly and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. The bathroom was well-equipped with modern amenities Housekeeping was attentive and kept the room spotless throughout our stay.

I had an amazing experience by staying in st regis the staff was really polite and nice Personally one staff really helped me with my room check in if i aint forgetting her name was Deshna Pandya she helped me check in really fast and escorted me to my room she was really sweet and my entire stay at the hotel was fabulous

All the amenities were good and the staff courteous. However there's a lot of mismanagement. We arrived about 45 minutes later than the official check in time and it still took us another hour to check in because apparently the rooms were not ready. We had a birthday celebration and on the day of checking out, we wanted to take the cake back home and asked for the team to enable the packing. It took an hour for someone to reach out to us. Its a beautiful place to stay with extremely courteous staff. The cherry on the cake is butler service for every guest. They made our anniversary special by decorating the room sending a special cake and giving us special experiences complimentary. A special mention to Mr Dhanraj. Food is great, breakfast spread is expansive and the place is superb to stay and make ur special occasion even more memorable.

I stayed here with my parents. The service was abysmally slow and our tea every morning took a minimum of 45 minutes of come. They also charged different amounts for tea every day which was beyond our comprehension. The bathroom sink started spitting out water on the 3rd day and the water was all over our room hallway - despite calling, butler service took 40 minutes to come and assist us.
