I was not able to travel due to health issue and when I called to hotel for refund, they told me to inform before 24 hours and how can someone get information about health issue in advance. Such a senseless question from the hotel. I was thinking to travel another date with same hotel but after this I would prefer to stay on road but bot in this hotel.

tv was not operational at the time of check in till the check out time and smell was very bad in washroom .some leakage was in pipeline

Hotel staff is brilliant, I think probably sweetest part is that they try to help you in every way possible and guide you as to how to visit places nearby.
Location is very near to prem mandir, iskon temple, and Premanand maharaj ji ratri parikrama place.
if you have own vehicle this is best place to stay at this price point.
helping staff, logistical support.

Stay was good, satisfied with the services, food was good too. But hotel requires some maintenance work .

Very bad experience for staff is not good and reception is very bad. This guy reception is two day ago. I have called the reception. He told me I have early checking He is a denied for early checking and told me early checking money and told me the room is available in 12 o'clock, this hotel is very poor for services and food also is very bad room is not clear so I have a recommended. So I have recommended for all for for all members in the vrind wood hotel

The hotel is at a good location, but property is a bit old, the bathroom has a constant smell of gutter which they tried to solve with room freshener but it doesn't always work. But the staff were always helpful and were very cooperative. The food at the restaurant was also good. You can go for this hotel if they solve the smell problem.
