service quality could have been better. The attendants seemed to be in their own world. They did not even provide towels which are complementary. At the time of check outs, they acknowledged their laxed attitude.

In my visit to Shiridi, Ajanta and Ellora, I stayed for three days in Tourists Home with my family. The hotel is very close to Aurangabad railway station and is centrally located. The rooms are of size sufficient for a small family. The hotel is maintained very neat and clean. Sweepers and scavengers clean the rooms and toilets daily. very cool, noise free,
not far from rly station, beside main road, but calm environment and safe for family. I go there with 4 ladies.

It’s a very good option to easily access railway station , which is walkable less than one Km . Housekeeping and support staffs are very helpful. Suggested improvement could be to provide different complementary breakfast instead of only poha & upama . Overall fairly nice stay experience.

It was bad experience old building outside is good but rooms are old style internal phones are not working to order something as well as i have booked room with free breakfast still they have charged us.poor service
