    "Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!" This hotel is an absolute disaster. They charged us extra and then blatantly refused to provide the promised services like breakfast. Their staff is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and utterly unhelpful. They behave as if they're ready to argue or even fight with guests instead of resolving issues. The service is abysmal—non-existent, to be honest. It felt like they were deliberately trying to make our stay as unpleasant as possible. Save yourself the frustration and book anywhere else but here. This place doesn't deserve your hard-earned money.
