    Good hotel but location hotel is situated is not that good. No better option nearby for lunch and dinner. Service is nice but they charge more for early checkin usually other similar hotels charge . No soap stand provided in the bathroom although they provided shower gel which many doesnt like. We need to dial reception all the times as no one from house keeping extension respond.

    It is very disappointing that the hotel management refused to allow visitors to room. It can be their management policy not to allow visitors to guest room which can be of various reasons.But as a customer I felt very disappointed about this, I could have avoided booking this hotel if know earlier which booking.I need to have a closed discussion with my team but was insisted to have in the lobby area or at the restuarant which is not operational.     overall i loved this place to stay. the location of the hotel ,view, amenities and staff behaviour all are up to the mark. i would love to recommend it for others who want stays around kormangala and btm layout. one suggestion to the hotel is to add some other items to the breakfast menu. thank you

    Very bad service. I stayed for two days in two different rooms because day one we slept without AC inspite of paying for an AC room and day 2 they gave me another room. Breakfast timing as mentioned in the hotel room is 7.30 - 10.30. But breakfast was over at 10.00. They had no justification for this. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
