    Worst experience ever .from the time of check in till check out not a single person come to enquire about the insufficient room service no proper toilteries provided ,no drinking water available ,room ac was stop whole day at night when we enquired that why ac is not working they said they forget to start..As we hv gone from mumbai and and travelled long distance and tired othetwise we hv cancelled the booking..

    It was a horrible experience staying at Treebo SS residency. Dirty rooms, frequent power cuts, horrible food, dirty toilet. Everything is bad about this hotel. I swear to God! Even the swimming pool is not maintained and is inoperative.

    property was at convenient location from palande beach - 2 km from hotel. calm and clean environment. hotel has pool facility also. room size were ok and service was good. restaurant is also available , breakfast was complementary and lunch dinner was also ok. hot water was not available most of the time other than that it was good for 1-2 day stay.

    the manger is an absolute "lichad". he charged us 700 for en extra bed even though it was 500.. we told him we do not need complement food then too . also he did not even gave any discount on F&B even though it is written that 10% off on MRP prices as per Goibbo policy. all staff are well mannered expect the manager ...he is an total waste
