Booked a deluxe room with lake view balcony ..room was neat nd clean ,we can see punnamada lake from the balcony that's so splendid . resort is near to the lake in a calm environment ..Reception guy named "basil" was so helpful , polite nd upto the mark ..His behaviour to the staff is a major contribution in making the resort more healthy environment to stay ..

As a couple the stay was good...the view from the balcony was good,but there was a cigarette smoking smell inside the toilet,and also there was a glass with cigarette ashes inside.
Glad they gave 2 package water bottles but no kettle and nothing for making tea.
The telephone didn't have outgoing calls,i needed some medicine and they arranged it for me.
Overall it was good but it could be better for this rate.

Stayed for one night only.. Good tidy room and washroom..
TV was not working.. but didn't call them since I didn't get much time to spend at room...
Two drawbacks I noticed are no food station and also narrow approach road.... otherwise nice place...

this is a budgetary hotel with few amenities but three biggest disadvantages are no lift in the property; two junction of the approach road to the hotel are very narrow & it's very difficult to drive big suv from that road; their is no inhouse resturant or cafe in the property...

The bedsheets and blankets were disgusting. The rooms are too small and were smelling really bad. Don't go by the photos. They are all fake.

I had a very good experience staying here...
The hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff behaviour was very pleasing and polite. Especially, the manager Mr. Arun.
Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place to the people who visit Alleppey. The hotel is near to the city center which makes the travel also convenient
