    staff behaviour, ambience,room,room service,food, everything is perfect at this price range it's a good hotel to stay in Darjeeling.i stay for 4 nights with breakfast and dinner and food is worth it

    it was a memorable stay, hotel and hotel staff were excellent with warm and good hospitality. it was a very pleasant and memorable maintained stay at udaan himalyan suites. the hotel has a good location, just 10 to 15 minutes of walk to mall road. the facilities and staff behaviour was amazing. highly recommended property.

    The stay was very warm and welcoming. Certain Indian food was very good in taste, however all food had less salt in it. Room service was quick. Hospitality was very warm overall. Travel Desk is not available within the hotel so you have to plan your itinerary by yourself. Also emergency medical aid is not in place which they should have. The location is very much comfortable and convenient as it's next to Reliance Smart Bazaar. 5 mins walking comes Darjeeling Train Stn. 15 mins comes Mall Road. ...more
