    The room wasn't clean at the time of arrival. It had loads of spider webs in walls and behind the curtains. The food court manager at the hotel was rude and unprofessional, when we asked for schezwan fried rice he said it's not available, even when there was veg fried rice at available in menu pricing at Rs. 200/- but after a lot of arguments, he agreed to make it but charged extra exorbitant at Rs. 350/- which was almost like extortion.     Property is beautiful with good interiors having pure veg restaurant. Swimming pool is clean. Rooms are good providing good hospitality services..Overall a good experience.

    food is pathetic. we booked hotel for 3 days and all the time we had vomit after having breakfast. Me, my husband and toddler got stomach infection.

    The hotel ambience was very nice. Cleanliness was at its best. Nice rooms with amenities. Staff was very cooperative. Food quality was so nice. Value for money. Overall it was very nice stay to enjoy the vacation.
