Amenities and services are were very nice. Location is fantastic. Food needs little variety. Breakfast was almost similar for all days, little options for North Indian cuisine. Beach was clean and pool was also good. Should include kids activity area which was lacking. Rest it was fun to stay.

not a 5 star property, it is still in their 90s. don't get sea view room, it's like a OYO room with just sea view. hotel needs major upgrade, they got 5 star rating 25 yrs back and still dragging the same. outdated amenities, electronics are our forefathers time old. baby food is 390+ gst, swimming pools are outdated. not worth spending such amount. better stay in trivandrum and come to visit Kovalam, kovalam itself is not much to explore. highly commercial place

We booked 3 rooms. one room had slippage because of AC. all the roof and floor area looks very bad and slippery. Breakfast was good. washroom conditions were very old and dirty. they haven't renovated washroom still looks old tiles, door and fitting. one bad things about their restaurant manager they didn't allow my kids (3 yr) for buffy dinner with me. they said minimum 5 person had to book buffet dinner then we will allow your 3 yr kids. such a nonsense and rude behavior how much 3 yr kids ...more

It’s a nice overall experience @Uday Samudra- Good Hospitality, myself and family had gr8 time here and recommend to stay. Beach just outside of the Hotel.
