    there was no hot water in morning for taking bath. no one was picking phone at reception.

    the stay was good but some issues really need to be addressed. the biggest issue was that there are a lot of power cuts. even though there is backup the air conditioner turns off the moment there is a power cut and needs to be turned on again which is very irritating at night. apart from that it was a good stay.

    After checking out from the hotel, I was waiting for my cab with my wife in front of the external gate. A car passed by us at very high speed, and the person in the car disrespected us and said very disgusting things. It was a car with an Uttar Pradesh number plate, maybe. Afterward, I had to go to a meeting, so I left. I called the hotel five to six times to request the CCTV footage, as my brother is in the Delhi Police, but they didn't pick up my calls.     The room was very well maintained and clean. All the staff members were very alert and helpful. Nikhil at the FO was very welcoming. The IRD and Housekeeping were very attentive. Overall, it was a nice and value for money experience.
