usually it’s good but this time stay, the room is below the bar and the loud music, stomping and screaming can be heard. the room was vibrating and o had to request on 2nd night to stop the music after it continued pass state allowable time. towel was not provided on 2nd half of 2nd day. after chasing only management provided at night. front office and restaurant staffs are nice. they have a prayer on friday evening for ganesha installed on the ground level with classical music playing in the ba ...more

I had a disappointing stay at urvashi residency. The rooms were untidy, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell, and the breakfast spread was almost non-existent. To make matters worse, the hotel charged more than the MRP for packaged products, which felt unfair. For the price paid, I expected better cleanliness, service, and overall experience. Definitely not worth it.

i was a bit apprehensive about picking a night halt here, but it was a good experience. the staff is courteous, the food is good, and all basic amenities were there.

1st of all the room is so expensive as compared to the location , service and the quality and size of the room .
there was no one to greet us . they just handed over the key and asked us to go to the room by ourselves . ac was not working properly .

a centrally located hotel located in an alley just behind pondy bazaar main street. ambience is good. room clean with good linen and furniture but general upkeep is average. issues of non functional locker, refixed bathroom fixtures were there but room was clean. lack of a mini fridge in the room was glaring.
breakfast buffet was there but limited options probably due to less numbers of people opting.

Aeverage hotel with comfortable stay.Service is not very good.But the size of the room is quiet good.Amentities are also not worth money.But the best part is it's location.Linen & amentities should be worked on.
