    Pros: ------- 1) Clean and well-maintained property 2) Friendly staff, proactive manager 3) Varied breakfast menu, customized service 4) Clean swimming pool with staff always present 5) Activity room for carrom & table tennis 6) Spacious lawn with mountain views Cons: ------- 1) Located in an average locality 2) Basic amenities (toiletries, slippers, shaving kit) provided only on request 3) No complimentary packed water on checkout day, but provided RO water on request 4) Overpriced roti (₹100 for 2 thin ones) 5) Small rooms, slightly expensive overall

    had great time at resort with my family, it was wonderful and great experience room and service was great, hotel staff was cordial and helpful, food was delicious and jain food also available i highly recommend this resort!!

    staff superb location near market service excellent food when it was not beacon, only valleyview food was excellent. now it is good, Breakfast should have more options., when it's beacon. ,the fern brand. as we did not have more of fermented food like idly, dosa, etc. we requested for aloo paratha. They served us but charged for it. They could have given complimentary like all fern hotels do. So it's ok , as long as we got it. room we had executive, but no refrigerator also. rest service,staff excellent 👌 complete ratings for them.

    worst experience... 2 star hotel for 4 star hotel cost. never book they gave us 2 star old rooms as we booked rooms . worst place to stay at such high price. there is no valley view, the hotel is located in slum area.better avoid this place as there are many options for this price.

    Excellent breakfast options and good service. Staff is very good and co operative. For family best option, good lawn area where we can relax. Indoor games also available and for kids zone also there. Overall satisfied. Only thing is Food is little costly and the area is near market..

    Food is very expensive, specially in room dining, they charged 200rs for a glass of milk which i needed for my baby regularly. generally no hotel charges for a milk glass but they did even after requesting to wave off the same they did not.
