    Property location is amazing and that is the biggest advantage of this property. Pros: 1) Location and view from the rooms 2) Room size is quite good and buffet breakfast is also decent 3) Staff is prompt, helpful and polite Areas of improvement: 1) Cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms as well as the restaurant needs to be ramped up 2) Property needs some maintainance and renovation in certain aspects 3) The balcony grill had been just painted and I wasn't aware about it due to which I got ...more

    Poor experience, no proper housekeeping. smelly corridors, balcony.breakfast options are very limited.intercom system absolute not working at all.cleanliness is very poor. you can not go to swimming pool as area is very poorly maintained.

    Not recommended at all for veg people. There were fish thorns in the paneer tikka.AC remote was working partially. buttons to change the temperature were not working.Wi-Fi was also not working properly.

    It's good but the hotel needs maintenance. The location is perfect, the staff is helpful and restaurant is also decent. However, the hotel needs to maintain the rooms in total as the rooms needs service! Apart from that part everything was great!!!!!

    Highly not recommended.. just because this property is bang opposite to the sea..doesn't mean one should pay so much for smelly and absolutely pathetic conditioned room.

    didn't meet expectations. when you hear vits , the first thing that comes to your mind is luxury however this property is quite old and needs to be renovated in order to feel luxurious. Rooms were okay okay , not too good. basically comparing to the price I didn't like it

    Useless swimming pool very dirty and small. No hot water. No kids playing area no gaming zone no refreshments feeling. No mobile network. Dirty pillows unresponsive staff. No kids area and playing zone for adults swimming area is like sewage

    Service by staff's was good.Very supportive staff.Food average.Cleanliness: average. Location: nice.Room condition:poor, need renovation. But rooms are either front or side sea facing with proper sea view.
