    Stay Experience was not so good. dinner included in my plan , their fix menu for dinner need to have more options. front office staff (Ruchi mehta) behaviour was not good i asked for check out at 2 because my 9 month daughter has fever but she denied , then i asked plss make it till 1 pm then she replied ' 12.30 tak kar sakti hu sir usse jayada nahi ho payega' . i said ok . then exactly at 12.30 she called me n forcing me to check out, she even send someone for luggage at my room at 12.30 .     Rooms are clean. Food is amazing and services are good. Almost 2.5 kms drive to shimla Mall Road. Great Experience. Would like to stay in future. Thanks to Team We enjoyed the Food and services of this property.

    Overall excellent stay, though room was small but compensated with food quality and taste. Delicious food, I had Himachali thali , one must try. Room equipped with modern amenities but small with 4-5 luggage Everything

    Its an average room according to price its not worth it no pick amd drop service provided by hotel to mall road radisson ramada may be more better than this hotel 17000 per room per night doesn't worth i am a frequent traveller i stayed in lots of five stars but this experience to stay with this hotel its totally a waste of money

    It is a hotel, not resort, because it doesn’t have swimming pool, there’s no open Greel space which can be regarded as resort, that’s why I rated 4 , rooms are well appointed but small, staff behaviour is very good, courteous and helpful, Mr Kuldeep and his colleague at restaurant are above par .
