    for our last day we upgraded to luxury room. the luxury room was very pretty. the breakfast here at the hotel wasn't very good so we preferred to eat at the market only. otherwise the staff was very friendly. the reason i am giving 3 stars is because on day 2 we gave them our room key on our way out so that they could get it cleaned. upon returning at night we found out that they had misplaced our key and in order to compensate us they let us stay in luxury room free of cost for 1 night but there were no warm blankets in the room so we had to sleep in cold. it was quite an exciting stay

    The ambiance here is absolutely enchanting.This hotel feels like a home away from home.Every staff member here is so courteous and helpful. Everything was perfect.

    Friendly staffs, helpful, the owner mr. ashok was also was kind. We booked ipl tickets for CSK vs Punjab....they recieved tickets and kept safe till we checked in.

    Wrost hotel of Dharamkot, Maclod ganj. Staff behaviour is pathetic. We reached hotel at 1am at night but the boy at reception told us that we can give u the room because u came late. We said we have prepaid booking how can u say that. Literally that guy screaming on us and abusing us. And trying to hit us. We decide to leave hotel for our safety. We told u guys please don't book this hotel ever....bustarddsss

    Overall stay was quite good. Rooms & washrooms were neat and clean. View from balcony was amazing and the food was too good. Also the staff was cooperative.
