    I booked one room and my parents had a flight in the evening and this hotel did not allow my parents to use the same room just for freshening up before their flight, even after repeated request they said guest are not allowed to use the room and they didnt allow them to come in so I had a bad experience with their service and I will never recommend or book this hotel henceforth, I was a regular visitor of their chennai hotel also but now on am not going to book this hotel in chennai also

    We visited this hotel in October 2024. Booked this hotel seeing good reviews.Also, I had one of the best experiences in our stay at Zone Hotel in Gopalpur. We had booked the room for 4 days. The start of the trip was horrible , where we had booked base rooms, which were quite shabby and full of mosquitoes. Other problems included an issue with the door lock,dirty floor, and stained pillow covers.Next day, they provided the option to upgrade the room with additional payment.Post upgrade, we moved ...more

    The stay was very good. The swimming pool has a clean water with all saftey measurement. The breakfast has variaty of options and too good. We also booked the dinner and it was also too yummy. Only point is hotel does not have lift so it may cause a problem for aged people.

    It's no a 4 star property.Old property with no lift,no door bells ,old shower,flush not working properly, some of new staff very unprofessional & rude.lockers not working ,money stolen from locker.,no responsibility taken.No cooperation with guests regarding staff misbehavior rooms darker than appear in picture. Food quality is good,that's the reason we give atleast 3 stars.

    the staff is very rude and the security persons really need to.learn to talk to customers . damn illiterate staff . the property is good , room was also good , but the staff at the end jus ruined our stay as they purposely did not keep our luggage in the car and we went to the airport without it and again had to come back to take it which resulted in almost missing our flight. jus disgusting staff

    Room was good .. had enough space . (room flooring could have been better). All the staff members including receptionist, housekeeping(deepak), cafeteria were good .. breakfast had good options ..they prepare some jain items also on demand. impressed by cafeteria service . One point to note , all the rooms have queen size bed here. nearby rental car/scooty are also available. one thing which I didn't like was the bathroom .. it had dark colour tiles which made it look unhygienic even though they were clean .. In night time if you use shower area , that doesn't get much light .
