My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are so spacious and well cleaned, washroom was also properly cleaned and maintained. Must try Aloo parantha with dahi made by caretaker Chakra. He is very helping also and available at property round the clock. Owner Raj is also very assisting and he is always there to help u on any need. He was also available on phone during late hours when we we needed for an urgency. Wifi speed is also superb. This place is really recommended. Very good place, food and staff.

Stayed at the place for one night, having had to book urgently due to suddenly coming to the city for a work meeting. I was pleased by the service, the room was quite spacious, though the bed was slightly uncomfortable, and it could do with a new better mattress, for the price point and the purpose served it was good enough. Though i must say that the way of calling daily after check out to insure the review is written is rather unpleasant, but otherwise It was a good stay with minimum hassle

This is one of the best place i have stayed with. Raj is a supercool person and he halped us all the way he could. Room and washroom was very spacious and very clean. Caretaker is also very sweet and he makes very yummy food, they make it freshly on order. Thanks Raj for your wonderful hospitality. I will definitely visit here again soon.

I had an amazing stay at ricotta regency if you are looking to explore the city and want a comfortable, safe and secure stay then ricotta regency is for you , the owner is very polite and understanding, with ola and uber transportation is not a problem , the room is suitable for 2 adults and it is clean and comfortable.

I stayed here with my friend. This place is very quite and food/ laundry etc services r available here which is not available at most places in budget category. Caretaker is very assistive and owner is also very hospitable and friendly. Overall liked the place and I feel i got more what i expected in this price.

Even after booking the most premium room available, was asked to pay additional amount for better rooms. The staff was attentive but wasn't much aware enough regarding hospitality. Overall, a concrete reformation is needed, be it services or staff.

Host was really helpful and served morning breakfast and dinner. People having difficulty in climbing steps may avoid as it is on top floor and away from nearest metro station. Rest everything is good.

the place is located in a building if you are reaching at night. they will refuse your booking and demand extra cash. pay extra to get a. decent room. not good for travelling with your wife.

It's actually a 3-BHK flat.The best part of my stay was good food, intimate them an hour prior and you'll get freshly procured and cooked food. Rooms are spacious with a spacious balcony.
