the hotel room was good, but disappointed cos as soon as I checked in and I was asked for a tip to pay by the workers there just cos they have assisted me till my room and provided me with a water bottle. Of course I'm not a localite , but that doesn't mean they can ask for extra money for just that? And I'm damn sure if it was some local then they wouldn't even dare to ask for a tip for the same thing they did for me. very unprofessional workers.

the location is good, rooms are so small, the geyser and AC are not functional, tap quality is also poor. though staff is good. the breakfast they have two three items and arrenge from outside, quality is very average. they have about 10-12 rooms in a commercial building on third floor. overall average.

This hotel is about 14 Kms from airport. Close to vaishnodevi temple. It's next to KD hospital. Hotel needs to improve hygiene. It's for budget solo travelers. Ola and Uber are easily available. The room which I got is not having cupboards. Disturbance due to some construction work nearby.

while hotel is nice and everything...the people are greedy and uncooperative. We were there for bypass surgery of my father at nearby hospital they want to charge for even extra glass of water. very bad experience...

It was the worst experience of mine. At the time of check-in they asked to to pay an amount which they shouldn't have as the amount at which I booked it was much lesser then the one they were asking me to pay for it.

Overall Staff behaviour was good but infrastructure was not value for money. Cleanliness was average windows were half covered by the walls. Oveall it charged more than it actually values.

Booked for three person but room was alloted with double bed, extra bed costed 300/- per night, on arrival one watter bottle was provided for three persons for two days
