The staff were all courteous and helpful. Needless to say the rooms were very clean. The only drawback is that there isn't a parking lot for those who are traveling with their own car. You will need to park the car on the road side with all the risk yourself and payment of the same needs to be done in advance to the parking staff who are not at all nice.

Good stay for a short stint before you move into Bhutan via Phuentsholing. They have a restaurant in the basement too which can help for a quick meal. Staffs are co-operating and helpful. they have large and small rooms which are neat. Staircase area for all floors could also be kept clean. Restaurant and compact clean rooms

My overall stay was very good in the property. Staffs behaved properly with us and the hotel amenities were nice. I had tea over there and it was good. The location was convenient for me, but it was in market place. Basement area was also not proper and the lift service was under maintenance.

The room which I selected initially, I did not get that particular room and TV was not working fine in the room. So for the said issue I had a problem and the saty was npt that smooth. However the room and the washroom was neat and clean. The location of the property is on the main road.

Very good hotel. The accommodation was very commodious also the service & facility was up to the mark. No food facility in the hotel. Hotel location is great near to Bhutan gate however this property is located Jaigaon Town not in Alipurduar.

Nice hotel just opposite to the Bhutan Gate. The staff are super polite and the owner is super friendly. I really loved the restaurtant menu. Would recommend this hotel for families and friends.

One of the worst hotel..the hotel so conjusted and no proper ventilation...it's majorly a restaurant as they have space they added few rooms...you may not loved it considering the cost of the stay

The room 205 we were given was under construction. TV not working, Foul smell of Toilet Pipe above. Vegetarin average food. But good service.
