Smiling and will fully attending staff. The in-house kitchen food is very tasty and hygienic. Good garden surrounding. Very conveniently located near market place although away from any disturbances. We visited Panchgani in end Jan 2020. It was not the rush season. The hotel staff looked after our every needs quickly.

Good budget hotel to stay for 2 nights if plan is to spend day time outside. very convenient to visit near by Panchgani points like table land, Sydney point,parsi point...near by bus stand...ample parking space...good staff...room is old fashioned but neat and cleaned...good hotel for average budget....

easily locatable hotel, in the center of panchgani, walkable from bus stand and taxi stand Rooms are awesome with balcony and clean rooms with all amenities. food is costly so better have it outside just walk 5 mins and you will find series of restaurants there. overall a good stay at Gitanjali hotel

The hotel is located close to Panchgani market and serves tasty food. They allowed us check in an early, the rooms have good space and bathroom was very clean.Though a old property but they try to maintain well. The staffs are quite courteous and hear the guest issues well.

Within Panchgani market, still away from chaos of market, surrounded by garden. W liked the balcony. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Blankets are not that good, otherwise room was clean. I would say good value for money.

Hotel is located exactly at centre of Panchgini.Regarding Rooms washroom are new but rooms are okay.NO double bed they have joined 2 single beds.They do not have restuarant,they only serve tea coffee and bread butter.

Beautiful place to stay..... reasonable.....the best part is the tea, Kanda Poha, and upma breakfast..... absolutely delicious......very good staff......looking forward to stay again

Decent Room for family in low budget. It is so near to Table Top and Sydney Point. Hotel is surrounded by cool & Peaceful Environment. Manager Jerry is so kind and helpful

5 min walk from market. our bus is at 4.30pm, hotel allowed us to stay till 3 pm as good guesture. pleasant hospitality. stay is good even it is non AC.
