We have booked only for a couple of hours for stay at Mamata Guest house, which is a average budget friendly AC guest house with running hot and cold water with lift facility. Just 2 minutes walk from Bramhapur Railway Station. And one thing don't go with google map rather you ask the local shop owner they will tell you the location. If you try to go with google map that is more 2 minutes walk from the actual location and in opposite site. This happened to me.

Very very bad experience! We booked ac rooms and they gave us non ac. Not only that the rooms were very dirty and unhygienic. Also, we booked 4 beded rooms and they provided double beded rooms. I called the manager but he was not receiving phone calls the staffs said they can do nothing about this. We could not sleep a bit as the mosquitoes were biting and the room was very suffocating. Really horrible experience!! Didn't expected this! 😞

the worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life. the room wasn't cleaned, bedsheets weren't washed, the toilet was a dirty mess. and moreover the demand for a bribe to early check-in. the room guest service is at worst and calling us morons as we booked the hotel and they have to share the revenue.

The Hotel room looks good but it was not clean. They have given dirty towels when We complained they gave us clean towels. Ok but Hotel management needs to clean the room properly.

Rooms are highly suffocated, not at all properly ventilated. Washroom is very small and a bad smell coming from the sewage of washroom is disturbing the sanity of the room.
