night stay was totally good. rooms are neat and clean. They have restaurant. dinner was Alo nice. in was going to give 5 stars. but my morning was bad. I ordered for tea in restaurant, waited there for 25 minutes, didn't get the tea. so I left towards reception, that person who took my order was chatting at reception with ladies. he wasted my 25 minutes and didn't even remembered. I hate this service.i am regular customer of this hotel, haven't noticed like this before. Mr. Admin, please work on this. Thanks.

A very subtle hotel with a small restaurant with food to order . The staff are very friendly and polite but unfortunately are articulate only in Malayalam . No English or Hindi . Lots of customers to the bar , but very poor response to the hotel or restaurant . Food is ok , but very very limited fare . Rooms are big and spacious but poor room service . Location is very near to the Bus stand and Railway Station . Auto stand is nearby and easily accessible by Shoranur Ring road .

The hotel location is good. The check-in process was fast. Parking is not an issue. This is an average hotel that has a clean bedroom and bathroom. The food is average and they prefer to provide food on room service. The restaurant is not open until 09:00 in the morning. However they provided us requested items though limited in the room. Finally the hotel is long overdue for refurbishment. Average. Nothing great to mention.

Property is walkable distance from bus stand.However the property needs a refurbishment.The amount being charged does not satisfy the state of the room.Room walls require white wash and bedsheets seemed little old and not proper.Washroom was clean though. It was ok.

overall it was a good experience but there can be more improvement in terms of choice in breakfast. Person serving breakfast was courteous and helpful. Front Desk and Reception was Helpfull.

It is a nice place for family travellers and couples. Walking distance from Shornur Railway station. The restaurant is available in the hotel itself. Altogether it is well-chosen for me.

nice accommodation, hospitality and have all the basic amenities. Staff were friendly and cooperative. overall nice experience, blanket was not that great, also the food can be improved.

only the parking space only the problem I feel.. since the Hotel is Bar attached. So the both customers are parking same place. but the place is very small area..

Good Hotel Near to Shornur Railway Station. Wakble distance, minimum charge for Auto rickshaw. Very Good Non-AC rooms compared to other Hotel's Non-AC rooms.
