we visited Ayodhya, in September 22nd , 23rd. The climate was too hot.. Thanks the room is equipped with well ac unit. the worry is Im not aware about power backup. But room is new and aesthetically designed. There is no window. It makes rooms unable to ventilate naturally. ac unit is must. Its near by to hanuman gadhi, kanak bhavan. The internal roads are always blocked so you require to use battery rickshaw, which will charge ₹ 10/- 20/- as per rush. though its near by the rickshaw require to run through longer route as road blockage, which tourist cant aware. There is no car park facility in premises. along road side may be there but Im not sure. The service guy is prompt and come to pick you at rickshaw stop. The location you can define as near by najarbag gurudwara. The checkout time is 11 am. and after 1 hour you may charged 500₹ extra. Hope this will help. No near by Good Restaurant. zoomato delivery is avilable. We ordered food from Anapurna Bhojanalya. the special veg thali. It tooks more than an hour but food was tasty. Overall stay was 4 out of 5 score board.

near to ram mandir and hanuman gadhi. kanak bhawan is also very near. taxi or battery rickshaw could not reach home stay. but they come to collect your luggage. don't book rickshaw from homestay as they will charge heavily due to their share. search for rickshaw on your own. it is cheaper. lastly it is not a hotel but homestay with no or very less service.

great location. walkable distance to all the sites. kanak bhawan is just 2 minutes from this room. room was clean. bathroom can be made better. i reached late at night because of traffic chaos of kumbh. but the host was very supportive and helpful. 👍🏻

Rooms are near and clean. Owner and caretaker helps us a lot in arranging basic stuff. definitely recommend staying at Modanwal Mension. very near to Temple as well.

Excellent bahut achha saf suthra aur makan malik bhagwan ram ke jaise har chij har prakar se helpful the maja aa gaya jarur rukiye yahan paisa wasool ho jata hai
