The experience was bad for us. Being a 4 star hotel, we expected better. First of all, their WiFi policy was like only 1 device can be connected. After long argument they allowed for 1 more device. And they told the internet usage is limited. only 1 GB allowed. Like WTF!! Also we booked executive delux room. Instead of a king size bed, it has two separate beds. It is not mentioned while booking. Anyway we checked out after 3 hours as I had to attend some business meetings and their WiFi quality was really poor. Was constantly disconnecting.

BUETIFULL HOTEL AND STAY POLITE STAFF MAINLY FRONT OFFICE GUYS. HELPFULL AMINETIES ARE VERY GOOD ONE BAD THING IS WHEN CHECK IN THE GUEST PLEASE SEND THEM TO ONE ASSIST PERSON TO ROOM WHEN I COME NOBODIES THAT CHECK IN TIME IN MY ROOM ASSISTING ATHER WISE......... EVERTHING ✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️

poor and pathetic, poor service, ac was not working in room then room changed, again some issues with ac in the room. break fast was pathetic charging almost 2500+ /room and break fast. No taste and nothing, who has put this hotel into 4 star category??

Good experience!! Clean room, polite staff and the complementary breakfast (Ghee roast aka masala dosa without the masala) with chutney and sambar was good. Will visit this place again. Recommend if you'll need a place to stay in Thodupuzha!

Stayed very comfortably. They provided a service that was up to the mark. Location is comfortable to reach. Rooms were good and maintained. Overall it was a good stay with this hotel. Good hotel for the value i paid for it.

Good location Light is very low in room need to arrange some kore lights in room First when i checkin my room ac was not working but later they arranged another room Please inprove lights in room

No ac working in 2 rooms and got rwplaced to another room after 3 hrs. No kits available in washroom. Water bottle kept at room is opened.

They don't seem to have TV inside the rooms, that's the only big concern. Toilets are pretty clean rooms are good.
