Hotel O Chhaya

i was dismayed and would influence everyone in my capacity to ensure no one books this hotel. the manager was the rudest i ever met in my last 20 years of travel experience. he literally extorted inr 300 from me. i had booked three rooms in my vacation for a family of 5. i checked in around 8:00 pm last night because my train reported late to aurangabad. we stayed in all three rooms last night and i being gentle. returned two of the rooms in early morning around 6:00 am since we were leaving for ghrishneshwer temple in early morning. we kept one room since we had three bags and returned two rooms within 10 hours of stay. when we came back around 11:30 am today, i told the manager that we would vacate the last room in another half an hour since were packing to vacate.this manager i don’t know his name demanded me three hundred extra bucks failing which he would not let me check out. i respectful told him that i told him in advance about vacating just last room in one hour extra in liu of which i had used other two rooms just for 8 hours instead of 24. the gu was so adamant and i felt being humiliated so i had to give him extra 300 rupees and then vacate. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. the below average rooms would have still been okay but the hospitality business having such an illiterate staff along with the rudeness at the height would never survive longer!

Hotel Chhaya was undoubtedly the best hotel tht I have stayed in while in Aurangabad. The staff here is very helpful, courteous, and willing to help. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was as good as the ones at your place. It had one of the cleanest bathrooms tht one could come across in a budget hotel. Overall, I loved staying here. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family for their stay while in Aurangabad.

best budget hotel for tourist people because hotel room price is budget, hotel location in city close to central bustop, many vegetarian and non vegetarian restaurant 2 minute walk from hotel, 24 hours room service with low price food. need and clean room and bathroom.

Finlay got best hotel in india. My previous hotel experience in mumbai was very bad in aurangabad i got my budget hotel need and clean wifi is good and main part is hotel located in the city. Hotel Chhaya staff was very help food and thanks to goibibo.
