Myself and family booked this hotel once we reached hotel and completed the checkin process we are allotted different category room completely mismatch with the one posted in forum.When we raised this to the hotel owner he simply asked us to leave/vacant the room and get the refund.This man has no sense of humanity for my senior citizen parents who are hectic from journey of 2000 kms. He was so arrogant that he didn't even allowed 1 day stay. The interesting point he clarified that due to payment in which I booked and the payment hotel owner is supposed to receive was considerably less so he didn't confirmed my booking and kept it as pending.He played tricks by neither accepting not rejecting the booking and kept in pending state, he kept on blabbering before The owner directed his caretaker to remove the luggage from the room and my parents who were senior citizens kept requesting that in this cool weather all of sudden it's not possible to find/get alternate accommodation but the owner was insane and so adamant to listen anything.After sometime on repeated requests by my father the owner agreed to give the room for 1 day. STANDARD ROOMS that never match with the actual images of the room category shown, he takes them for granted. If the guest accept then good enough else if guest raise any objections then instead of allocating appropriate category room chosen he simply asks them to leave the hotel instantly and get refund. Taking advantage of the situation he also charges 20-30% higher tariff to allow guest to checkin even the lower category room.Just imagine if you travel from 1800 to 2000 kms with your family for a vacation and after arriving at hotel you are denied check in and unnecessarily for the reason that price for the room is less than the actual tariff set by the hotelier.You never know exact price of a room and the hotelier even the current price in which I/anyone might have booked can be comparatively higher than the actual tariff set by hotel. This is a dark/area to the customer without any visibility/transparency to the guest but these hotels take advantage of the situation the guest has no option but to accept his higher priced tariff

The road to this place is steep and narrow, its a pucca road. It is not a hotel, it is a house amidst several residential buildings where families are residing. As soon as you enter there is a kitchen and hall (reception area). There is no view as shown in the photos. Car parking can accommodate two cars, outside parking is not possible as there are houses next to the building. It'll be Difficult for people with respiratory issues to walk up and down the road to the property.

Google location shows wrong. Room was new and clean. No outside mountain view. near by buildings. please update the photos of view from room.
