The owner was very friendly and helpful but the staff could improve. The camel safari was included in the package but camel guide repeatedly asked for heavy tips. The music and dance show was really nice. Food was OK and could improve quality from a European standard perspective. The tent was very comfortable and clean. Some additional charges apply on food items like alcohol and water during breakfast. It was just next to the sand dunes so overall a very good experience but a bit expensive.

It was my First experience in a Desert camp. I enjoyed my stay and the tent which they provided was clean & maintained but no hot water provision. Food was okay not so good and staff conduct was good. Great located near to the sand dunes.

Excellent Desert camp & tents were very good. Food was okay and car parking facility was present inside the camp. Decent staffs and location was far from the Jaisalmer city in the outskirts approximately 35 km.

Resort location was best, but hotel was way too pricey, also the cultural dance was not a good experience. Food was OK. And my experience was spoiled due to the misbehavior of a staff. He was very rude to us.

it's not worth the money. pathetic food taste and quality. no bone fire. very sub standard. beware of camel safari guy. he will ask you for tip or threaten to leave you midway in desert.

Tents were neat & clean very hygienic and well maintained. Facilities were very good. Restaurant & parking facility was also there. Located very far from Jaisalmer approximately 50 km.

It was a nice experience staying here.Very friendly & helpful staffs. The hospitality, facilities and services were magnificent.Property location was good but it was way outskirt.

Camp is situated at very prime and best location, rifht opposite sam. Staff is very good . But there should be more facilities related to wash room .
