Very Good Experience For Staying In this hotel...I had a magical trip with my husband...very good experience from check in to check out...food, accommodation,hotel staff,service everything was a next level...i really enjoyed a trip and stay was just amazing like heaven...perfect location near nakki lake...only 250 MTR...really a HEAVEN on abu...enjoyed a delicious food and beautiful view from the hotel... specially thanks to Hotel Manager Mr.Suresh & his team...i highly recommend ROYAL HERITAGE to anyone for stay...good food,staff,rooms,location everything was good.

Worst hotel. Don't waste your money This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was absolutely filthy and reeked of an unbearable stench, making it nearly impossible to stay even one night. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a tap inside the room, which was shocking and extremely inconvenient. The lack of basic hygiene and amenities made the stay completely uncomfortable. I deeply regret wasting my money on this place. Avoid this hotel at all costs—it’s not worth even a single penny. Even the water drinking was very dirty.

i had a terrible experience at this hotel. the kitchen was extremely unhygienic, with no proper cleaning. it was shocking to see such poor hygiene standards. to make things worse, they didn't even provide a simple water bottle, despite it being a basic necessity. they also falsely advertised amenities like a dental kit and hairdryer, but all we got was a tiny shampoo pouch. this hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness and honesty in service. definitely not worth the stay! would not recommend it to anyone.

Room service is excellent. Support from the house keeping and resort management was marvelous. We celebrated our tenth anniversary here and the resort team arranged everything in advance and their decoration of room was amazing. Food is delicious. Arranged vehicle for sight seeing and finally droping at busstand. You will enjoy your stay here... Whenever we will come again definitely we will opt for same resort. very nice pics and beautiful reshoot

if you want the best place to stay near nakki Lake then you can select this resort. its located just near nakki Lake and arbuda devi tample. food and garden is really amazing. thanks for the support of the staff member. will definitely recommend to everyone. its looking like complete family resort.

1.location is good. 2.staff is very helpful (mr. suresh, prakash & bholu) are very helpful. 3.room's interior are very old & not upto the mark. 4.food is average. need to change food contract.don't chose breakfast plan. they have very less & limited quantity in package.

Resort Is Located Near To Nakki Lake. Good Rooms Near And Clean Bathroom. Room Service Was Good. 24/7 Hot Water. This Is 5th Time I'm Staying In This Resort. Good Budget Resort In Mount Abu. Nice Location And Best View. Food Was Very Nice

it’s horrible, there is no any proper service and there is no manner how to talk with guest. no proper wifi, no room service, no water heating, all tabs broken, even the door is not closing properly. do not book this hotel.

it was a great experience, but the location was very deserted. sometimes it felt scary at night. if you're going with a group , it is a great place to stay in, but as a couple, it is a bit eerie.

loved the place the most. just walkable to nakki lake. and brahma kumaris temple. heritage rooms are too specious and clean. specially there staff ishwar bhai and mohan bhai is very helpful
