I am a travel blogger and I have been here for the first time at Royal Orchid Central Kalyani nagar and I must definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent management and top notch service.😍 I was unable to find my limited edition watch today but the management and staff specially Ayush, one of their room service colleague, extended their immediate help in order to help me locate my watch in the room. The team and staff are super welcoming and have shown a commendable experience even when a guest is in trouble, with their super fast actions in helping the clients to have the best experience throughout. Fantastic visit and incredible time spent here. Thank you very much for the heartfelt support given and I would surely recommend and plan my visit back to this luxury hotel. 🤗❤️

Room service was exceptionally well, food was average as per the price. I preferred the mcdonalds opposite to the hotel for having lunch and dinner. The view was good from my room and also enjoyed the swimming pool. Hotel was in the central pune and only 3km from airport

overall we liked the stay.just that the pool was closed and buffet was served on hhe table with very less options.location is very excellent.service was slow has to remind then was due to staff shortage it seems.breakfast spread had many optins

nice hotel. attention needed in cleanliness. they need to remove left overs ofood and plates from the corridors in the night itself. morning when we come out of room first thing we see is these leftovers. its disgusting.

Good hotel, clean rooms, good restaurant, good food. Located at Kalyani nagar. 10 mnts from airport and 15 mnts from Pune rail station. Location wise good. Rooms and bathrooms are of standard size. Good location.

Good property location, especially if you have a flight to catch. Its around 3kms from the airport. But hotel charging 700 INR for airport drop is exhorbitantly high considering the distance.
