I recently stayed at this hotel in Hapur with AC rooms. Although the rates were on the higher side, there weren't many alternatives in the area. The staff were pleasant and accommodating when I arrived six hours before check-in time, although they charged an additional fee of Rs. 1000. The hotel has a fixed restaurant that offers room service, which was convenient. However, the lack of nearby options for transportation was a downside, with the nearest auto stand being 2-3 km away, but the railway station is within walking distance. Thankfully, I found good and tasty food at nearby roadside restaurants. Overall, it's a decent choice for business meetings or family stays.

hotel is good , but lots of improvement require from hotel end , too much disturbance through out night , my room was just next to reception and to much conversations between hotel staff with laaud voices made hassel in stay . Hot water not available in Bthroom as in the morning time staff meber provided 1 bucket from kitchen , rest behaviour with guest is good but need to improve in services to justify the too much cost of this hotel .

1) room smell was like cigarette smoke.2) room was full of small insect bugs and small cockroaches,3) bathroom was not at all good,4) ac was ok,5) tv recharge completed and even after intimation to them, they just saying set up box issue,6) bed sheets and everything was full of inspect bugs and biting during sleep.

good hotel but some things need to improve. require power back up at time of power cuts Bathroom was not properly maintain & disturbance through continuos talking of hotel staff outside room.... Rest quality of food was exellent , rooms are neet and clean staff are supportive.

As per room rent of hotel Royal Palace - Room quality was not so good , required things was not available at room and as well as in bathroom too......totally waste of money, prices as per room was truly blushed. Room service was also poor....Not recommended.

hotel is ok but Manager and Staff of the hotel is highly indiciplined and speacially manager really so irretating. He speaks very loud and always scolding their staff without undersranding of the issue...

I have not seen such a messy hotel in my life till today, neither the bed seat nor the blanket is clean and the way to talk to the hotel staff is also not right.
