this is not all maintained or owned by royal karma palms. please dont book at thi hotel as karma royal palms are doing promotion by their groups. but this one is taken leased by somebody and maintained privately. there is no proper response by care taker. room service will not be available, swimming pool access wont be there, you have to just stay like a neighbour of royal karma palms thats it. we booked for 4nights and 5 days. but we got checking in second day, we suffered a lot with care taker as he did not give checkin for first day saying that its last minute booking. worst experience with this hotel. we stayed in another hotel at night 11O clock after a big debate with that care taker. he is not that supportive. my sincere suggestion is please dont go with this booking.
