Extra hefty amount charged for early check-in on 12.01.21 and no Grace for 2 hours check-out denied by sales manager .I have to spent in lobby of Hotel.On demand provided Drinking water 1 liter per person and towels too,not provided with out DemandBed sheet not changed of 2 nights stay.AC system control were not functioning properly and no Ceiling Fans in Room no.102.Whole Night restless due to 🔥 since AC control stopped.

Wonderful place to stay...cozy rooms...would have given 5 stars except for the lack in the number of room service staff. they try to manage and provide whatever is needed but a little late..inspite of this drawback this would be always my first choice when I think of staying in chennai...

Furniture's are quite old and not upgraded to time, location is very good, staff behaviour is also good, food also good. Cleanliness is also good however one thing is discomforting n that being timing of room service is quite late in the morning 9 AM n ends at 10 PM sharp
