बहुत बुरा अनुभव। मैंने ऑनलाइन पेमेंट किया था परन्तु चेक ईन के समय मुझसे होटल मैनेजर ने पेंडिंग अमाउंट बता कर होटल में एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज वसूल किया। रूम बहुत ही छोटा था। बाथरूम गन्दा था, बाल्टी भी टूटी हुई थी, रूम में केवल एक लाइट थी, कम वोल्ट वाली लाइट नहीं थी जिससे बड़ी लाइट लगा कर सोना पड़ा पूरी रात। बाथरूम इतना छोटा है कि नहाते समय पानी बाहर आके रूम के फर्श पर फैल जाता है। पीने के पानी की भी सुविधा नहीं है। एक तरह से बहुत बुरा अनुभव रहा। आपको इस होटल के आसपास और भी बहुत अच्छी होटल मिल जाएगी इसलिए इस होटल को आप ना ही बुक करे तो अच्छा है

The hotel is worst... I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel.. Its like a boys PG.. Door keys not given to you.. Bathroom not get locked.. Room stinks badly.. And no fan, no ac is working.. Bathroom is not clean.. And room is very very small.. You can't even walk in the room.. .. Very bad behavior of staff.. And lift is not working... Worst condition I have ever seen.. Very unhappy with the experience..

when I entered I was denied to get a room, they said they ( Collection O 291) have ended contract and no rooms were available. I was there for an exam so I even requested but at last Even after that, they reluctantly provided a room after waiting for 2 hours and that too was in poor condition, AC water💧was dripping inside room, and room was not clean.

we saw stain in bedsheet and blanket and completely room was dirty.staff is completely rude .if we ask for complimentary breakfast they deny.they said we only provide aloo prntha no even other thing . one person no like aloo prtha how we eat and they also argue on this topic all taps in bathroom are leak washmassion are dirty

Room was amazing and Stay was really refreshing, I would have been given this hotel 5 star if they serve food according to the Oyo Menu that is provided in the room. Very less food options were provided their and it should be improved. Safety features were good.

we couldn't find the place and tried reaching the hotel number but there was no response. please my request is not to suggest these kind of hotels were the property location is not correct nor the phone number works.totally disappointed

Hotel location is near rajiv chowk.. opposite Air Force station, Google map is showing wrong location so don't use Google map for location. of the hotel.. everything else is good like staff food and services ... Food and trained staff

worst experience I ever had. no lock key is available for rooms. no lock on washroom door, no toilateries are provided by property manager as well as no phone network is here. zero from my side.
