Everything was great, especially cleanliness and customer service was super polite. Food was yummy . Only complaint was the curtains which were not dark to avoid sunlight come in . Hot water was available 24/7, ac worked great , bed was clean n comfortable. Big balcony n very near to temple ( walking distance) Front desk was polite n quick checkin n checkout was done

The infrastructure and the food is nice, but the management is really bad. The shower doesn't work, the lights do not work, the kits are not supplied until asked. The attitude of the reception and the staff is bad. They really don't care for anything

Though the property is new but few patterns are of old type e.g. no curtain between bath area and other area of toilet. Location is good. Food is good, but restaurant is away from main hotel (within compound only)

The Building and location is good but there is virtually no maintenance , no professionalism ,no cleanliness. very casual approach of the management.The exp of a night was not at all good

Hotel rooms are not maintained at all, everything from cup to bed, was dirty, you will have to specifically call out for each of this thing to get it sorted

Good and pleasant stay. The hotel has fantastic facilities and is close by to Balaji temple which is at a walkable distance. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

it was a mix experience. Staff is very polite and good. but there is a water drainage problem in washrooms. water comes out of it.
