Cottage and facilities are really good. I feel sorry for the owner as the staffs are really unproffessional. I would have give 5stars for this resort if staffs were professional. Firstly i will mention positives. Any car i.e hatchback or sedan can be driven to this resort and near to your cottage as well. Main attraction of this resort is there is one big size swimming pool and that is neatly maintained. In Kids play area they have made a cricket nets area and that is so good for bachelors who love cricket. Every resort should add that to their outdoor activity. Simple to build but very effective. Cottages are all of same design, wifi facility was there, led smart tv with cable connection is provided. Bed is comfortable and 3 persons can be slept in one bed. Bathroom is good and neat( not super neat i.e joints have stains like that). Sliding glass window is there for bedrooms. 2balcony is provided with chairs. One dining table is provided. Now coming to negatives.:Major one is their check in time is 2pm🤔. & Checkout time is 11am.3 hours gap. Actually we are getting this stay for 21hours only. Usually all hotels allow checkin with 1hour of checkout time. Or maximum 2 hour. I called them twice requesting early check in ,what i felt was they didnt liked that request and they said all rooms are full and they cant. My question is check out is at 11am and you need 3hours for cleaning? In my case they called me at 10.45am to remember me to checkout at 11.cant allow check in at 1pm. So funny & unproffessional. 2nd thing. Here what i felt was nobody is interested to talk in a pleasing way atleast. I booked 2bedroom cottage ,but it was not available & they gave me 3 bedroom one but with one room locked😅. Asking staff to lock one room and give the cottage , infront of customer is not a good thing. From reception we got one notice with all details of wifi. That lady said wifi is there and marked the password. When we entered cottage there was no internet. We just called the reception to report that issue. The guy who took the call talked inn a arrogant way that" they had said while giving the room wifi is not working". Actually we were informed that wifi is there and password is written in that notice. This is what i mentioned staffs are highly unproffessional. If it was any other quality resort staff could have said sorry for the trouble. But after that one guy came and cleared the wifi issue. But the one who took that phone call spoiled the mood.I am not writing everything as it will be so lengthy. One in short staff is not friendly and cooperative.Another thing is their food menu. Dinner if buffet and they charges 300per person .quite reasonable. But they only have one non veg dish i.e chicken curry. My suggestion is if you cant make more varieties stop buffet and give what customer orders. What if the customer dont eat chicken and he only eats beef or pork.buffet will be waste for him. Add one or two non veg dish more to buffet will be good.After checkout they called me saying one chair is broken. We have only used 5chairs and that were on 1st floor balcony.one chair in ground floor balcony was broken. What happened is previous guests,they kept the broken chair down and up 3 good chairs on top. We noticed that while we entered the cottage. We didnt reported because bedside drawer ,bedroom window glass, bathroom mixer tap(tap knob sometimes pulls off) all these were broken.we thought they knew that. These all brings negative feedback to customer.Conclusion Property is really good for families,couples and bachelors. Staff behaviour can be changed if management is good and in future they may take care of that. Owner should teach and train staffs how to welcome guests i.e atleast smile well while welcoming guests.that itself brings a positive feeling. Check in time should be revised. As they compel to checkout at 11am and holding 3hours is just highly unproffessional. When we entered the cottage at 2pm we were given that with wet floor .that means they cleaned it just 15minutes before. First time i am writing this much lengthy review for a resort. Staffs are the backbone of any resort. Do care that well!outdoor and indoor activities provided are good. you can play cricket(nets)& badminton. indoor games also provided.

it was a very superb experience in the midst of a green lush resort. mist is flowing through the property. great food. pleasant stay. great garden and trees full of breeze. location access is narrow road but the destination would make you say wow. good hospitality and administration. neatly maintained rooms with amnesties.
