This hotel has hot to be the most worst hotel in whole Shirdi . The management was awful , the cleanliness was awful , the staff response was very bad , the staff management was horrible ( i had to wait for 20 mins and leave when I asked them for a cup of hot water ) . The management and staff are not well trained to be working in such places . The desk was awful . While booking the rooms it showed us one suite room and 2 single rooms and we payed for it , after reaching to the hotel we were given 2bed sharing 3 rooms . We made an early check in and they asked us to pay 1500 for 1 room not sure if that amount will be registered or not . Even after paying 1500 for 1 room for early checkin we are not given complimentary breakfast , on putting pressure they've given us two complimentary breakfast . I would rate Cleanliness as -10/10 . The plates , spoons , forks , cups everything were not cleaned . It had stains and marks and tissues were not provided at the dinning room . While ordering lunch at their restaurant , they are so careless while noting down the order. They blame us for not their mistake . The taste of the food was bad but we had no other option . I would like to tell people not to go by the reviews as i did and skip this hotel and save the bad experience i had

hotel sai celebration is a good destination for a comfortable stay, especially due to its convenient location next to sai thirth. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, making it a good choice for travelers. the staff is polite and cooperative, ensuring a pleasant experience. however, there is room for improvement in facilities. basic amenities like a shower cap and other toiletries should be provided for better convenience. overall, a good stay with scope for minor enhancements.

i stayed in room 301, there was water clogging in the bathroom ... toilet and wash basin was not clean. breakfast was only idli sambhar and sheera. idli was not cooked properly and sambhar was all cold . even though people were still coming for the breakfast they did not refilled the sambhar. we had to eat leftover stuff. common washroom near the reception was not clean as if it wasn't cleaned from a month or so. really disappointed with the hotel.

they never worry about comfort of guest. they just own rules i.e. i request then just bake the bread but they rudely denied, i request them to drop at pro office but they denied and drop at gate no.3 very bluntly answered and denied your every request. not providing drop facility for kakad aarti. not recommended to stay. rather than stay at temple view, sai baba international, and many more options are there.

Location is good. It’s just behind the Sai teerth devotional park. Room was compact but interiors was very good so it was pleasant. Bed was comfortable to sleep on. Staff is excellent. Breakfast spread was including chole bhature, idli sambar chutney, Upma, juice, tea, coffee, bread. Taste was very good. Overall a very good stay.

Our stay was not comfortable. Wifi was not working and nothing was done in our two days of stay to fix this. Staff were not professional and the room service was bad as well. There was very less option for breakfast and whatever was there was served cold - again lack of professionalism, planning and customer focus

The stay at the hotel was excellent. Spacious air conditioning room with ample space and balcony. It's about 1.6 km from the main temple, but the best part is that they offer free shuttle service to the temple. The ambience was calm and hospitality at the hotel is fantastic.

The best Hotel to stay in Shirdi, very well maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene , food is very tasty and staff is excellent specially Mayank at reception was very helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you and we will visit again!

Interior was good but rooms were small..Tv was not working and it took them 4 hrs to come and fix it...plus in morning door knocks and room phone ringing without any reason was irritating.. electricity went twice

booked it for 2000 with breakfast it was super deal at this price loved the over-all experience everything was hassle-free room nd washroom were super clean. Food was super yum
