* Staff is really helpful and humble. Reception Manager Nikhil who was really helpful and kind . He made sure that guest should be happy. Watchman who made me feel safe and helping for the city tour and directions. * Rooms are neat and clean though rooms are small but for single stay is fine and comfortable. * one draw back breakfast is available only after 10:am that too limited. * Everything is reachable from here. * Restaurant is available but i did not like the taste much. ( after instructions they do prepare well. * Food is available till 11:00 pm. * Hotel has really cute pet who is really friendly and welcoming. The cute pet actually made my day i feel like home here. pet is harmless. * I can definitely recommend this hotel for safety.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Decent room, decent atmosphere, good location. Staff is nice too. Saniya, Nilesh, Yash, Nikhil, Sham few of them to mention were kind enough and provided good service. For us the special attraction was Angel, she is a pet dog (Beagle breed) too cute to handle and is very friendly. (I only worry if she is been given right food and water as I guess she's expecting babies 🙂) The rooms were clean, you'll find lounge restaurant in the same building too. Parking was a concern as we had to park on internal road. Overall the experience was decent!

Reception guy om was only good thing about Hotel rest was below average, room AC was worst then table fan, maybe it was among the First batch of AC ever made, bathroom shower was more shy then sharmila Tagore... just denied to start, there was catle for tea n coffee but no tea coffe or milk pouch, when asked for it reply was it is not available, no shampoo, no handwash, no body lotion... to be honest it wud be better if I wud hv slept in my car

worst hotel. Hotel is not clean, fan is not working. Cockroaches in bathroom corridor is filled with cigerette smoke. Receptionist whose name is Mr. Om is very headstrong. There was an issue of checkout. Receptionist refused to provide toilet when I came back to collect my luggage left with receptionist. Mr.Om is not to be fit in service industry.

one of the worst hotel i have stayed. even after selecting the early chek in option the hotel receptionist forced me to pay extra charges by giving the reason that as per hotel policy check in and check out is at 11. even after repeated request the person denied for accepting the check out at 11. recommendation: avoid staying this hotel

It was pleasant stay, rooms are good, clean and worth. Staff is also very cooperative especially Mr. Shyam knows all the needs of a guest and gave a very warm welcome and ready to assist anytime. Hotel is very well situated near CIDCO Busstand, I suggest to book accomodation.

The hotel is very bad, the rooms are having cockroaches and the toilet window was broken. The bed size is very small and the Ac was making so much noise that I had to check out the room 5 mins after check in. Do not stay in such hotel. Also the hotel doesn’t feel safe to stay.

The stay was good n really budget friendly..for all this amenities other hotel cost 4..5 thousand. Staff is very supportive & little room work is there but it doesn’t matter when everything else is great and yes must try black gravy, the food is just amazing.

very horrible hotel ,very unhygienic rooms ,lots of dust not at all clean and rooms filled with cockroach!! their person showed me 3 different rooms but all were filled with cockroach.very disappointed as I done booking I didn't get any refund back.

Good location, clean environment, supportive staff, quality food but little expensive. Room services like tea at 7 am in the morning needs to improve ... Reception Counter - Shyam was smart and understood Visitors needs very well..

The hotel room is okay. No maintainance at all. After switching of lights for 30 minutes, the floor and furniture was filled with cockroaches. Had to keep lights on for whole nigh to get rid off them.
