First the good things... Veg food (Satvik only) good and reasonably priced. Packaged water bottle is also reasonably priced. There is free pickup / drop service for Sai Mandir visit between 8am to 8pmHaving said that ... pretty much everything else is chaotic. They have hired only inexperienced and untrained staff. Right from check-in to check out everything was an hassle. First they could not find my booking, then it took a very long time to assign a room. While checking out they asked me to pay for the room. Once I showed them the app, it took 10min for them to figure out there is no dues. The telephone in the room was not working. I had to chase a few of the staff to get that fixed. The telephone is not well attended, so be ready to go to reception for anything urgent. They advertised 24 hr room service but it is not true. The Jet spray was leaking but they did not fix it at all. So we had to keep towels underneath to keep the bathroom usable. The placement of WC & washbasin is such that it is inconvenient to use the WC and it is pretty much an accident in waiting. If you have plans to visit Sai Mandir before 8am ... you won't get even tea coffee and no pickup drop service. As I had my car we went a bit early and had breakfast near the mandir. When we returned back there was a lot of commotion at the breakfast counter. Not sure what was the issue but the guests were clearly not happy. Also, there is no discount on F&B as mentioned. One last point, there is parking but it is inadequate if the hotel is atleast half booked. Overall a very negative experience 😕.

I had a pleasant stay at Sai Baba International Supreme during my recent visit to Shirdi. The hotel is well-maintained and conveniently located close to the Sai Baba Temple, making it easy for darshan. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all basic amenities provided. The staff was polite, helpful, and responsive to any requests.The in-house restaurant served good food with a good variety of options. Room service was timely and efficient. The peaceful atmosphere in the hotel made it a great place to relax after visiting the temple.

the saibaba international supreme hotel exceeded my expectations! the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was perfect for exploring the saibaba temple, and i especially enjoyed the pickup and drop service to the saibaba temple.
