The place is safe, clean & gives ample privacy. The place surely gives you the warmth and coziness of a house. It is located off the main road but tat gives it a peaceful surrounding. There is no garden or swimming pool but there is a huge balcony if you wish to sit outside.The size of TV is too small with few channels. Wished there was cooking facility (atleast an induction cook top / microwave or small single gas stove) as only tea/coffee is available as room service. If you wish to eat anything, you can swiggy it. We got our breakfast delivered by swiggy throughout our stay. it was cool. But good quality and apt utensils are kept in the kitchen. The owner is very cool and does not interfere with the guests and specially the timings. She's understanding, prompt and warm. The owners live on the ground floor of this two storey apartments. we'll going again the next time. Go for it and you won't regret.

This is the best deal you can get. I visited this place in the peak season during the diwali holidays. I was looking for something convenient and pocket friendly. Hotels in goa are really expensive ( no 3 star below 5k ). The only problem i faced was that the windows couldn't be opened during the night time. i booked it for 3 nights at 2k per night. The rooms were large,neat and clean. We were three and one of us always expects to sleep on the floor but it too was taken care of as the bed was for three people.Also, the family running it was very friendly. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Its one of the best stay option in candolim area. The rooms are well maintained and very spacious. It is better for all type of travelers - bachelor, family, couples. The owners stay at the ground floor only. Nearby to beach and market. Service, room size and cleaning, access to main road.

Property was located in residential area and it looks beautiful. There was no restaurant for in house dining. Owner was helpful enough to manage our services. In the night we went outside so there was no such restrictions.

the hotel is certainly worth to stay and value for money. The pictures given in the site and in the website are actually like that. it is 1 km from candolim beach. in the lane where the entrance is fisherman's cove.

Very screne place, not very far from Candolim beach, spacious and bright bed room plus drawing area and 2 big balconies. Overall I had a very good stay for 2.5 days with wife and 3 yrs old baby.

This is 1 BHK sufficient for 2 people and owner checkout you and update goibibo before you leave. They will stare at you like looking at criminals all day in and out which is bizzare at times.
