Staff is courteous and helpful enough to quickly resolve all your concerns and issues. Complaint was made through Goibibo for unclean toilet and was further resolved by the hotel staff immediately. They even provided a room change option but as it was short period stay hence I was ok staying in same room after the complaint was taken care. Also free upgrade was provided from Standard Double Bed AC room to Standard Triple Bed AC room without even requesting for during checkin and without any additional charges. Also 6am checkin was smooth enough than my expectation. I checked in at 6am and checkout next day at 4pm so I called reception before booking and they guided me properly to book for 2 nights and no additional late checkin / checkout fees was charges. The price is a bit high on weekends but the plus point is hardly 5 mins walking from Sai Mandir Gate 3. This was my second stay to this hotel.

I am writing this feedback after having a real satisfaction from stay at Saishri Hotel. The said hotel is like any other hotel. the difference what makes is the personal touch by the staff especially Shri Akhilesh Kumar. Sh. Akhilesh not only ensured that our stay at the hotel was comfortable but also ensured that we did not face any sort of hindrance while at Shirdi. Would recommend Saishri hotel to all.

Good , polite behaviour of the receptionists. Receptionists like Mr. Prasad, Nitin and other are best. Hotel and rooms are neat and clean. No complain. I would like to stay in future.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Less than 250m distance to temple, surrounded by restaurants. Each room has a separate water heater and kettle is also provided if needed.
