Hotel was very dirty & smelling bad. Staff was not bothered about the cleanliness. Not worth of staying at all. People spent money not to stay at dirty places. Service was negligible. Bedsheets, pillow cover, toilet, doors everthing was sticky & dirty. Once we checked in, I had to ask the hotel staff to clean the toilet, which was very dirty. We waited for 2 hrs for toilets to get cleaned. Followed up for multiple times. Tv was not working. We asked the staff but no body came. Bedsheets were extremely dirty. Bedsheets & pillow covers were not changed & lot of stains, hairs...smell was there. I was really a ugly experience

We 3 from our family travelled together for Ujjain darshan and booked triple bed AC room in this hotel for one night. This hotel is very close to Mahakaleshwar temple, this is not on main road but reaching is not difficult as receptionist guides to the autorickshaw driver on your call. Hospitality, staff behaviour, response from reception everything was good. Charges compared to hotels in other cities are high but not too much for Ujjain.

I know that there is a difference between a pic and a real room experience. The overall place was hygienic and the staff was supportive but two concerns. First, there is no lift so not recommended for old age people and second even in the busy phase the room 3 bed superior room must be worth around 2k - 2.3k not more than that. overall manager and staff are very supportive and try their best to enhance your experience during your visit

We had a 2 day Ujjain stay in the hotel it was an amazing experience it was neat & clean . the manager is very helpful as we didn't get the bhasma aarti he helped us to get the normal aarti from nandi hall thank you so much & also the staff is very helpful. and also allowed us to check out till 10.30am as their check out policy was 9am . I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good experience. Hotel is near to temple and all the other locations. You can explore all the near by location by walking. Mr. Vicky - Hotel incharge is also very cooperative. We also booked the cab to omkareshwar temple from hotel @ very reasonable rate. Thanks. It was a very nice stay.

nice stay definetily recommend very clean nd good rooms double bed room for 2 adults only service was to good nd Hotel Manager Mr. Ayush Jaiswal ji managed very well loved to stay here.

The best part of this hotel is the location and the staff. The Mahakal Temple is at walking distance. The staff is corporative and helpful. Budget-friendly too.
